James began originating mortgage loans in 2021 and quickly became a top-performing producer. In 2022, while serving as a full-time Insurance Director with State Farm, he closed 72 mortgage loans.

As a lifelong resident of the Schertz-Selma area and graduate of Samuel Clemens High School, James is committed to serving his community with honesty, transparency, and exceptional service. Karley Constantineau, as a loan processor, is integral in guiding clients seamlessly through the homebuying or refinancing process. While it can be a scary and stressful process, Karley prides herself on being there by her client’s side, rooting for them every step of the way. Born in Corunna, Michigan, a small farm town, Karley grew up a middle child with two sisters. One of her biggest inspirations and mentors is her father. Growing up close to him, she learned from him how to handle stressful situations and how to keep a healthy, positive outlook on work and life, and she credits these life lessons in guiding her throughout her career.
